Caucus Election Process

Republican Party of San Luis Obispo Central Committee elections will be held through a caucus election process. Previously, Central Committee elections were part of the public election process at the statewide primary in Presidential election years.

Potential candidates must submit the Application for Membership on the Central Committee by March 25, 2024. On April 17, 2024, candidates will introduce themselves and explain their desire to serve before voting to fill all Central Committee positions for the 2024-2028 cycle.
